Request a dependency from another department
A request = something you need another department to provide so you can hit your goals (e.g. Sales needs German onboarding from Customer Success). They see it in their inbox and must acknowledge it — changing their own plan/capabilities to deliver it. Unacknowledged requests are broken dependencies.
